Friendly staff, spotless place. Easy check-in/check-out. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to attractions. Nearby cafes and restaurants. Supermarket and 99c shops for essentials. Good location near train station and city center. Spacious room, perfect air conditioning. Short walk to Duomo. Safe area. New, clean, well-equipped bathroom.

the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to major attractions and landmarks in the city. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

There were some negative aspects of our experience. the breakfast service was disappointing as it felt rushed and the staff seemed more concerned about guests taking food away rather than providing a pleasant dining experience.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and the train station.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I was delighted with the spacious room and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room also had a lovely sofa and balcony, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel was great value for the price and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with the main attractions such as Piazza Del Duomo within a short 10-minute walk.

While the hotel was close to the main attractions, it was a bit further to reach the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Del Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio, requiring a 20-minute walk or taking a bus. Additionally, I would have preferred breakfast to be served until 11:30 to allow for a more leisurely morning, especially for guests on vacation.
